Yoga West Yoga West is a friendly, down-to-earth Yoga and Natural Therapies Centre situated at 413 Church Street, North Parramatta between Grose & Fennell Streets. We offer classes by qualified teachers of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates & Meditation. There are mid-morning classes, lunchtime classes, evening classes and weekend classes. Our Naturopath (experienced in Homoeopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, Iridology, Nutrition, Remedial Massage, Reiki) is available by appointment: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday morning.
