Yoga West is a friendly, down-to-earth Yoga and Natural Therapies Centre situated at 413 Church Street, North Parramatta between Grose & Fennell Streets.

We offer classes by qualified teachers of Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga. There are classes 7 days a week to suit all levels of students.

Our Naturopath
Our Naturopath is experienced in Homoeopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, Iridology, Nutrition, Remedial Massage and Reiki. He is available by appointment on:
Monday - 12pm to 7 pm
Tuesday - 10.am to 4.30pm
Wednesday - 10 am to 4.30pm
