CLASS LEVELS

Beginners
This is a class for anyone new to yoga, no matter what age or fitness level. The class builds a solid foundation in a safe and friendly environment. There is strong focus on the preparation of poses, sometimes with the use of props. Simple breathing exercises are also introduced and an introduction to meditation. This class is also great for those returning to yoga after a break or for those seeking a gentle class.

Beginners Level 2
You will learn Inversions and their preparation (Headstand, Shoulderstand, Handstand) as well as more advanced backbends and forward bends. You must have attended Beginners or Beginners Level 1 classes for at least 4-6 months to attend this class.

Mixed Level
Open to all levels EXCEPT those who have never practiced yoga before.

Intermediate
Minimum of 6 months experience. This is a challenging class which includes Inversions (handstand, headstand, shoulder stand, forearm balance) as well as Sun Salutations.

Vinyasa
It is recommended that you have attended at least 6 months Hatha Yoga and are aware of the alignment of the Asanas before commencing this class. If you are a complete beginner and are not aware of the alignment for each posture, the possibility of injury may occur.

New students
First 5 classes for $25 VALID for 14 days from 1st class.

To gain the maximum benefit from your yoga practice it is recommended that you attend at least 2 to 3 classes per week and follow a healthy eating and sleeping pattern
